This page explains how VISORA STUDIO uses information supplied through a project enquiry.
What we collect
We collect the project choices and contact details you provide, including your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, and project notes. We also record basic enquiry-source information such as the page, CTA, timestamp, referrer, and campaign parameters.
Why we use it
We use this information only to understand your project, prepare a quote, respond to your enquiry, and keep an appropriate record of our conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Local draft storage
Unfinished project answers may be stored in your browser for up to seven days so you can continue later. Contact details are excluded from saved drafts. You can clear this data by choosing “Start again” or clearing this site’s browser storage.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell enquiry data. Information may be handled by service providers needed to deliver email, hosting, or future enquiry processing. We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the project, legal obligations, and business records.
Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
